Chicken curry

Material:

• 1 chicken was
• 10 pieces of red chilli
• 10 cameras buir onions, sliced
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
• 1 segment of turmeric
• 1 segment of galangal
• 4 tablespoons coriander
• 5 tablespoons minyal Samin
• 1 teaspoon fennel finely
• 1 piece of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon tamarind Java
• 2 tablespoons coconut mashed gongseng
• 2 ½ cups coconut milk
• Pinch of cumin

How to cook:

• Chicken cut into pieces, wash, drain
• Blend the chillies, turmeric and galangal
• Saute onions cameras, garlic and cinnamon with Samin oil until dry and yellow, enter the chili and fried briefly.
• Enter a subtle coriander and chicken pieces, give enough water, boiled until tender
• Add coconut milk and tamarind water Java, stirring
• When the milk boils up and ready to be served
