Kakap Pedas

Material:

1 tail snapper
5 red onions
2 cloves garlic
8 fruit chili sauce
2 tablespoons Tauco
1 stalk spring onion
1 carrots
Salt, pepper, spices to taste

How to cook:

• Snapper Fish and sisk cleared of feces, split left and right parts of his body, put salt and pepper
• Fry until cooked. Finely sliced green onion
• Blend the onion and garlic, saute until it smells delicious with chili sauce and taoco, stir then add water and sliced carrots
• Enter the snapper who had been fried. Add chopped onion, served up and ready
