chicken seasoning rujak

Material:

• 1 chicken was
• 1 cup thick coconut milk
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 pieces of lime leaves
• 1 stalk lemongrass crushed

Spices:

• 5 pieces of red chilli
• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 pecan pieces

How to cook:

• Chicken cleaned, washed and then into 4 parts poting
• Spice except crushed lemon grass, bay leaves and lime dun. Stir-fry until fragrant
• Add the chicken and thick coconut milk, stirring rate
• Cook until cooked and then baked until dry
