Vegetable Labu Siam

Material:

• 200 gr of meat fatty
• 3 stalks green onion cut 1 ½ inches
• Water taste
• Salt, to taste fried onions
• 2 fruit squash, peeled lengthwise cut a small box
oil for sauteing

Spices:

• 10 red onions
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 cloves pecan
• 10 round grains pepper
• A little ginger and galangal
• Shrimp, salt to taste

How to cook:

• boiled meat with salt and enough water until tender
• Shrimp cleaned then fried soft-boiled, drained
• Cut the meat small box rather thin
•'ve blended spices saute until it smells fragrant and enter the meat and broth
• When it boils put squash, spring onion and a tablespoon of tamarind juice of Java
• Cook and down a minute, until cooked birkan
• Add some fried onions and serve
